Broadbeach Accommodation
Guests may experience construction noise from neighbouring sites between 6:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, with occasional activity on Saturday mornings.
Additionally, the Sandpiper building, located on the eastern (beachside) side of our property, is scheduled for demolition from February to August 2026 as part of a redevelopment project commencing in 2027. During the demolition phase, intermittent noise will be noticeable.
We appreciate your understanding as Broadbeach continues to grow, bringing with it exciting new developments for the area.
